I've never seen it, but my mom (former er nurse) had a person bring a live copperhead that had bit them in a shoe box to the er

Water snake of some kind
Coachwhip - see how "angry" he looks, that to me means coachwhip. Racers don't look mad when you look at em, those guys do. Also his tail looks like a leather whip
