MEET THE TEAM
President & CEO
Brandon has overseen TexAgs' daily activities since 1999 as President & CEO. His vision has been instrumental in pushing TexAgs year by year beyond the standard definition of “fan site” and helping it become a standard bearer for the industry. Brandon graduated from Texas A&M in 1995 with a degree in business management and lives in the Bryan-College Station area with his wife and four kids.
In 1997 Billy took over the Maroon & White Report, then a print newsletter covering Aggie football recruiting. By the time Maroon & White and TexAgs.com partnered in 2008, he had become the leading and most connected insider in the Texas A&M market. As executive editor at TexAgs he covers both the current A&M team and the staff's recruiting efforts in depth. Billy is a 1998 A&M graduate with a degree in industrial distribution.
Chief Operating Officer
Josh began overseeing the technical aspects of TexAgs in 1999 while working through the computer science program at Texas A&M. After seven years as lead software architect with various web-based startups, he turned his complete attention to TexAgs in 2008 as Chief Technology Officer. He later took on the additional position of COO to manage the daily operations of the company. Josh and his wife Kathy have seven children and have lived in B/CS for more than 20 years.
Chairman of the Board
Hunter received a B.S. in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University. He is Chairman of the Board at TexAgs and President and Chief Operating Officer of Oldham Goodwin. Prior to real estate, Hunter was a professional athlete for eight years and a team captain for the Miami Dolphins from 1999-2000. His board appointments include TexAgs, Convention Visitors Bureau Board of Directors, Scotty's House Board of Directors and 12th Man Athletic Ambassador.
Host of TexAgs Radio, Director of Broadcasting
Gabe has been with TexAgs since August 2008. He's currently Director of Broadcasting, host of TexAgs Radio and helps oversee subscriptions and the intern program. A&M Class of 2003, Gabe got his start with KBTX TV-3 in 2003 and spent time as a reporter/producer with Bryan Broadcasting and a part-time host at KGOW in Houston before moving to TexAgs. He and his wife Megan have three children: Ella (6), Easton (3) and a newborn, Everley.
Recruiting & Baseball Analyst
Ryan joined TexAgs in August of 2015. A college baseball player at McNeese State (Class of '09), he moved to College Station in 2010 to pursue a Master's in sport management at Texas A&M. Since receiving his degree, Ryan has been active in the youth sports scene in the Brazos Valley, the state, and region — including a summer stint with USA Baseball. He is a member of the TexAgs Recruiting team and a baseball analyst.
Olin joined TexAgs in July of 2012 as a columnist. He previously was a national college football writer for Rivals.com and Yahoo. A graduate of White Oak High School in East Texas, Olin worked at newspapers in Longview and Tyler before covering the Aggies for the Bryan-College Station Eagle from 1993-95. He also worked at the Austin American-Statesman for 11 years. He is a member of the Football Writers Association of America and a Heisman Trophy voter.
Media Director/Senior Editor, TPG
Lindsay joined TexAgs in March of 2014. A native of Athens, Ga., she graduated cum laude from the University of Miami ('09) double majoring in video/film production and English. After a two-year stint at Texas A&M's 12th Man Productions, she became Assistant Director of Video Production for USC Athletics. Now TexAgs' media director, she directed and edited the award-winning documentary "SEC Ready" and oversees all video content on TexAgs. She also married an Aggie.
Kirby joined TexAgs as a summer intern in June 2014 — but the summer turned into football season, basketball season and baseball season. With limited creative arts programs at Texas A&M, he went east on Highway 30 to Sam Houston State, where he graduated with a B.F.A in photography in May 2016. Now a full-time employee at TexAgs, he assists with cinematography and editing for TexAgs Production Group as well as photography and video coverage of A&M athletics.
Lead Software Developer
Landon began working at TexAgs during the fall semester of 2012. The next spring, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in applied mathematics. Landon is currently the lead software developer for TexAgs and has programmed many key areas of the website, including the forums. He can often be found on the Technical Support forum under the username lucid. At home, Landon enjoys spending time with his beautiful Aggie wife and two daughters.
Suzanne, a fourth-generation Aggie, graduated from Texas A&M with a B.B.A. in marketing. She headed to Dallas and began a corporate career in computer and software sales, covering the Metroplex and the Midwest. Suzanne continued in software sales and marketing until joining TexAgs in 2010. She loves working with sponsors to help them get the most out of their association with TexAgs.
Senior Recruiting Analyst
Jason joined TexAgs in May of 2016 as a senior recruiting analyst. He came to TexAgs after a 13-year stint at Rivals.com in various roles and capacities. Most recently, he served as a Mid-South Regional Recruiting Analyst, covering recruiting throughout the four-state region of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. A native of Stuttgart, Arkansas, Jason graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Economics.
General Manager of TexAgs Production Group
Andrew (Texas A&M Class of 2007) rejoined the TexAgs Team in January 2016 as General Manager of TexAgs Studios. He previously worked with TexAgs from 2006 - 2012 as Media Director and Head Moderator (responsible for 747 bans). Andrew is excited to develop high quality and compelling video production for clients outside of the TexAgs building. He and his lovely wife Jen are the parents of two small humans.
Director of Sales
Logan graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in agricultural leadership & development ('06) and a M.S. in sport management ('08). After graduation, he coached on the basketball staffs at A&M, Kentucky and Paris Junior College. In 2010 Logan started at TexAgs as a basketball and recruiting analyst, but now serves as Director of Sales, along with covering Aggie Basketball. He’s married to Katy (Pounds) Lee, who played at A&M for Gary Blair.
Thad joined TexAgs in 2016 and oversees site publishing and editing of all written content. Unofficially and occasionally he has worked with TexAgs since 2005, including co-hosting the original TexAgs Podcast (now TexAgs Radio), fan-blogging TexAgs road trips, and handling PR for special moments like A&M moving to the SEC and Brandon being attacked on Kyle Field by visiting coaches. Thad and his lovely wife Amy have three terrific kids, and he also pastors Community Church.
Cat joined TexAgs in August of 2014 after a summer internship with Megan Bock at TM5 Properties. After graduating with a marketing degree from Texas A&M in December of 2014, she became Director of Events for TexAgs. In addition to planning and facilitating the annual Preseason Kickoff, TexAgs Travel and home game tailgates, Cat also assists the marketing team in reaching out to current students. She's an ardent fan of people, sports and Aggie Football.
Alex graduated from Texas A&M in May of 2015 with a B.S. in psychology and a minor in business. She began interning with TexAgs in January 2015 helping with TexAgs Radio, event planning and beat writing for track & field. She now mans the Social Center for the radio show, produces video content like AP's Playbook and Tailgate Trivia. Alex is a breakfast taco connoisseur, San Antonio Spurs fanatic, adventure seeker and water sports lover.
Director of Recruiting
David joined TexAgs in 2014 after publishing and co-owning the very first Texas A&M premium sports website, Aggie Websider, founded in 1994 by Tony Hooten. He oversees TexAgs' recruiting coverage and assists with A&M baseball and basketball coverage. Until 2009 he worked for the Texas A&M System, where he oversaw the agency's technology commercialization program with NASA. David is an unapologetic Cincinnati Bengals, New York Knicks and Houston Astros fan.
One of the original posters on TexAgs, Elizabeth was Head Senior Moderator for eight years before becoming Staff Accountant in 2009. She and her husband, Steve Sullivan ’72, own the UPS Store in Bryan, Texas. They have one son, Chris Sullivan ’98. Both Steve and Chris were Drum Majors in the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. Chris married Dr. Kelly Sullivan and they have two daughters, Chloe and Avery, who are the joy of Elizabeth’s life.
Brand & UX Manager, Social Media Director
Stewart joined TexAgs in 2013 after working nearly 10 years in advertising as an art director and designer. After graduating from Texas A&M (Class of 2004) and marrying his high school sweetheart, he soon fled the state for sunny California. He spent eight years in Los Angeles before finally returning to the motherland with his wife and two kids. Stewart manages TexAgs' social media presence, the overall user experience and the TexAgs brand.
Staff Writer, TexAgs Radio Director
Ronnie joined TexAgs as an intern in January of 2012 while still a student at Texas A&M and moved into his full-time role as director of TexAgs Radio upon graduation (Class of '14). When not working on his current pursuit of an M.S. in sport management at A&M, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay (Class of '13) and attending 80s hair band concerts. He also helps with TexAgs' video production and social media efforts.
Sarah Beth Clark
Sarah Beth began working for TexAgs in the fall of 2016 in customer support. She is a second generation Aggie currently studying Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Sciences at Texas A&M and hopes to graduate in 2020.
TexAgs Radio, Writer, Customer Support
Lexie joined the TexAgs team in August of 2014. A first-generation college attendee, Lexie is majoring in Ag Communications and Journalism and plans to graduate in 2017 from Texas A&M. She began as an intern at TexAgs and now is a TexAgs Radio producer, staff writer and a part of the customer support staff as well as a volunteer with ESPNU Campus Connection.
TexAgs Radio, Reporter, Customer Support
Abby joined TexAgs in the fall of 2014. She currently attends Texas A&M, where she is a sports management major with a minor in business. Abby started broadcasting in high school, where she was the first student sports reporter for her school district reporting at a local station. Her assignments at TexAgs include assisting with TexAgs Radio, coach and player interviews (baseball, basketball and volleyball) and serving as a part of the customer support staff.
Annie joined TexAgs in the summer of 2013. Born and raised in Golden, Colo., she is a first-generation Aggie in her fifth year at Texas A&M. Annie competes as a heptathlete on the track & field team after playing four years as a forward on the soccer team, all the while studying communications and journalism at A&M and interning as a reporter for TexAgs. She also has a slight obsession with her French bulldog Louie.
Matthew began working as a student developer for TexAgs in May 2016. After juggling several major options, he eventually settled on computer engineering and is hoping to graduate from Texas A&M in the spring of 2018. His current focus at TexAgs helping to renovate older areas of the website, such as the TexAgs Pick-Off.
Dolores joined the startup team of the Maroon & White Report in December of 1998 with Hunter Goodwin and Billy Liucci — and as they say, 'the rest is history.' Her responsibilities include customer service relations and everything in between. Her passion is being able to bring 110 percent total satisfaction to friends and customers of TexAgs.
Reporter, TexAgs Radio
Born and raised in College Station, Chase joined TexAgs in October of 2014 as a beat writer covering volleyball, swimming and diving, tennis and baseball. He later joined the TA recruiting team and TexAgs Radio staff. Chase is currently a senior telecommunications major at Texas A&M with a minor in business and plans to graduate in May of 2017. Outside of work, his interests include working out, playing video games and spending time with close friends.
Garrett joined TexAgs as a sophomore in high school, interning during the summer of 2013. He now works part-time as a software developer, and is a freshman studying computer science at Texas A&M University. In his free time, Garrett enjoys making music and working on other programming projects.
Brian joined TexAgs in August of 2016. A native of Spring, TX, he is in his final year at Texas A&M University, completing a bachelors of science in poultry science and hopes to pursue a masters in food safety. Brian serves as photojournalist for Texas A&M's newspaper The Battalion and freelances in his spare time, his passion for Aggie sports and photography brought him to TexAgs to bring Aggieland the best of both.
Matt Sachs has been a photographer for TexAgs since 2009. He began as a sports photographer working for his college newspaper (Cornell ’79). He moved to College Station in 2007 to join the faculty at Texas A&M.
December began working for TexAgs in September of 2016. She is a native of Giddings, TX but relocated to College Station in 2014, shortly after moving back from living in India. Besides being a pottery and painting enthusiast, she is the proud mother of two adorable Rotties. She enjoys the outdoors and indulges more than often in Indian and Mexican cuisine.
TexAgs Radio Intern
Brooke started at TexAgs in August of 2015 after transferring from the University of New Mexico, where she played basketball for two years. Her family is full of Texas A&M alumni, with her brother Blake having played baseball for four years at A&M. Brooke currently lends her assistance to TexAgs Radio and tailgates. In her spare time she enjoys good live music, hanging with family and friends and anything sports-related.
Marc is a senior Sport Management major from Cypress, TX, and joined TexAgs in January of 2017 to help with events. A second generation Aggie who attended his first game at Kyle Field before he could walk, Marc hopes to pursue a career working in college athletics after graduation. When he’s not working he enjoys reading, watching re-runs of The Office and volunteers with youth ministry at his church.
Ted started working as an intern for the TexAgs recruiting team in May 2015. He primarily films highlights and interviews of A&M football recruits and commits and provides support to the recruiting team. Ted is an Austin native and currently a junior studying sports management at Texas A&M. He loves the New England Patriots and doesn't care if you think he's a bandwagon fan. When not studying or watching sports, he's an avid Netflix watcher.
Bridgett began as an intern at TexAgs in May 2016. She primarily covers soccer and assists with event coordination. A Fort Worth native, Bridgett is currently a senior economics major at Texas A&M. She is also the proud mom of an elderly, plus-sized beagle named Penelope, and a devout fan of the Green Bay Packers – a true cheese-head at heart. Go Pack Go!
Connall is a Fort Worth native and freshman political science major at Texas A&M, as well as a third-generation Aggie. He joined TexAgs as a recruiting intern in 2015 to pursue his lifelong passion for sports and journalism. Connall is a member of the Corps of Cadets, enjoys Texas country and fishing in his free time, and spent the 2015 season working for the Texas Rangers.
Hannah began interning at TexAgs in May 2016, helping out with events and sales. She’s a senior at Texas A&M, majoring in Sport Management, minoring in Business and comes from a die-hard Aggie family – whoop! Hannah enjoys the outdoors, music, good company and may or may not have watched every episode of Friends five times … and counting.
Originally from Midland, Ryan joined the TexAgs team in January of 2016 to work on TexAgs Radio, as well as assist in covering Aggie sports. Ryan found his way to College Station after seeing his brother and sister both graduate from Texas A&M. Currently a junior, he is studying sport management and is also a proud member of the Texas A&M Club Baseball team.
