MEET THE TEAM

Executive

President & CEO
Brandon has overseen TexAgs' daily activities since 1999 as President & CEO. His vision has been instrumental in pushing TexAgs year by year beyond the standard definition of “fan site” and helping it become a standard bearer for the industry. Brandon graduated from Texas A&M in 1995 with a degree in business management and lives in the Bryan-College Station area with his wife and four kids.
Executive Editor
In 1997 Billy took over the Maroon & White Report, then a print newsletter covering Aggie football recruiting. By the time Maroon & White and TexAgs.com partnered in 2008, he had become the leading and most connected insider in the Texas A&M market. As executive editor at TexAgs he covers both the current A&M team and the staff's recruiting efforts in depth. Billy is a 1998 A&M graduate with a degree in industrial distribution.
Chief Operating Officer
Josh began overseeing the technical aspects of TexAgs in 1999 while working through the computer science program at Texas A&M. After seven years as lead software architect with various web-based startups, he turned his complete attention to TexAgs in 2008 as Chief Technology Officer. He later took on the additional position of COO to manage the daily operations of the company. Josh and his wife Kathy have seven children and have lived in B/CS for more than 20 years.
Chairman of the Board
Hunter received a B.S. in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University. He is Chairman of the Board at TexAgs and President and Chief Operating Officer of Oldham Goodwin. Prior to real estate, Hunter was a professional athlete for eight years and a team captain for the Miami Dolphins from 1999-2000. His board appointments include TexAgs, Convention Visitors Bureau Board of Directors, Scotty's House Board of Directors and 12th Man Athletic Ambassador.

Staff

Host of TexAgs Radio, Director of Broadcasting
Gabe has been with TexAgs since August 2008. He's currently Director of Broadcasting, host of TexAgs Radio and helps oversee subscriptions and the intern program. A&M Class of 2003, Gabe got his start with KBTX TV-3 in 2003 and spent time as a reporter/producer with Bryan Broadcasting and a part-time host at KGOW in Houston before moving to TexAgs. He and his wife Megan have three children: Ella (6), Easton (3) and a newborn, Everley.
Recruiting & Baseball Analyst
Ryan joined TexAgs in August of 2015. A college baseball player at McNeese State (Class of '09), he moved to College Station in 2010 to pursue a Master's in sport management at Texas A&M. Since receiving his degree, Ryan has been active in the youth sports scene in the Brazos Valley, the state, and region — including a summer stint with USA Baseball. He is a member of the TexAgs Recruiting team and a baseball analyst.
Columnist
Olin joined TexAgs in July of 2012 as a columnist. He previously was a national college football writer for Rivals.com and Yahoo. A graduate of White Oak High School in East Texas, Olin worked at newspapers in Longview and Tyler before covering the Aggies for the Bryan-College Station Eagle from 1993-95. He also worked at the Austin American-Statesman for 11 years. He is a member of the Football Writers Association of America and a Heisman Trophy voter.
Senior Editor, TexAgs Production Group
Lindsay joined TexAgs in March of 2014. A native of Athens, Ga., she graduated cum laude from the University of Miami ('09) double majoring in Video/Film Production and English. After a two-year stint at Texas A&M's 12th Man Productions, she became Assistant Director of Video Production for USC Athletics in Los Angeles. Now at TexAgs, she directed and edited the award-winning documentary "SEC Ready" along with many other award-winning features. In July of 2017, she and her Aggie husband welcomed the cutest set of twins to the world and are loving life (when they aren't crying).
Lead Software Developer
Landon began working at TexAgs during the fall semester of 2012. The next spring, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in applied mathematics. Landon is currently the lead software developer for TexAgs and has programmed many key areas of the website, including the forums. He can often be found on the Technical Support forum under the username lucid. At home, Landon enjoys spending time with his beautiful Aggie wife and two daughters.
Digital Marketing Associate
Jacob joined TexAgs in 2018. A native of Fort Worth, he returned there after graduating from A&M with a Telecommunications & Media Studies degree in 2009. He spent time in music licensing and worked at a full service creative agency before returning to Aggieland to work for TexAgs. Jacob works primarily with our F5 Sports network partners doing digital marketing and strategy. He and his wife Lisa are the proud parents of a black lab, and also have a baby girl on the way.
Sponsorship Administrator
Suzanne, a fourth-generation Aggie, graduated from Texas A&M with a B.B.A. in marketing. She headed to Dallas and began a corporate career in computer and software sales, covering the Metroplex and the Midwest. Suzanne continued in software sales and marketing until joining TexAgs in 2010. She loves working with sponsors to help them get the most out of their association with TexAgs.
Senior Recruiting Analyst
Jason joined TexAgs in May of 2016 as a senior recruiting analyst. He came to TexAgs after a 13-year stint at Rivals.com in various roles and capacities. Most recently, he served as a Mid-South Regional Recruiting Analyst, covering recruiting throughout the four-state region of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. A native of Stuttgart, Arkansas, Jason graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Economics.
TexAgs Radio, Writer
Originally from Grapevine, TX, Dalton is a senior History major at Texas A&M and joined TexAgs in January of 2017 to work on TexAgs Radio and cover Aggie sports. He enjoys watching all sports from football to soccer to hockey and everything in between. Dalton comes from a family full of Aggies, back to his grandfather who was Fighting Texas Aggie Class of ’68. When not watching sports, Dalton is most likely watching Game of Thrones.
General Manager of TexAgs Production Group
Andrew (Texas A&M Class of 2007) rejoined the TexAgs Team in January 2016 as General Manager of TexAgs Studios. He previously worked with TexAgs from 2006 - 2012 as Media Director and Head Moderator (responsible for 747 bans). Andrew is excited to develop high quality and compelling video production for clients outside of the TexAgs building. He and his lovely wife Jen are the parents of three small humans.
Director of Sales
Logan graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in agricultural leadership & development ('06) and a M.S. in sport management ('08). After graduation, he coached on the basketball staffs at A&M, Kentucky and Paris Junior College. In 2010 Logan started at TexAgs as a basketball and recruiting analyst, but now serves as Director of Sales, along with covering Aggie Basketball. He’s married to Katy (Pounds) Lee, who played at A&M for Gary Blair.
Administrative Specialist
Dolores joined the startup team of the Maroon & White Report in December of 1998 with Hunter Goodwin and Billy Liucci — and as they say, 'the rest is history.' Her responsibilities include customer service relations and everything in between. Her passion is being able to bring 110 percent total satisfaction to friends and customers of TexAgs.
Managing Editor
Thad joined TexAgs in 2016 and manages content quality and helps oversee the coordinated efforts of our team. Unofficially and occasionally he has worked with TexAgs since 2005, including co-hosting the original TexAgs Podcast (now TexAgs Radio), fan-blogging TexAgs road trips, and handling PR for special moments like A&M moving to the SEC and Brandon being attacked on Kyle Field by visiting coaches.
Director of Recruiting
David joined TexAgs in 2014 after publishing and co-owning the very first Texas A&M premium sports website, Aggie Websider, founded in 1994 by Tony Hooten. He oversees TexAgs' recruiting coverage and assists with A&M baseball and basketball coverage. Until 2009 he worked for the Texas A&M System, where he oversaw the agency's technology commercialization program with NASA. David is an unapologetic Cincinnati Bengals, New York Knicks and Houston Astros fan.
Staff Accountant
One of the original posters on TexAgs, Elizabeth was Head Senior Moderator for eight years before becoming Staff Accountant in 2009. She and her husband, Steve Sullivan ’72, own the UPS Store in Bryan, Texas. They have one son, Chris Sullivan ’98. Both Steve and Chris were Drum Majors in the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. Chris married Dr. Kelly Sullivan and they have two daughters, Chloe and Avery, who are the joy of Elizabeth’s life.
TPG Production Coordinator
Born in Houston, Texas, Dave moved to Hollywood to pursue music, film and tv. After 20 years in the industry, he has brought his experience and family to College Station for a great Texas life.
Production Manager, TexAgs Production Group
Clay graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a B.A. in Communication. He joins TPG as Production Manager after spending 3 years with 12th Man Productions in the Texas A&M Athletic Department. A highlight of his time there was creating and directing the EMMY award-winning TV series ‘The Pulse: Texas A&M Football’. He previously worked for TexAgs as Media Director in 2012 & 2013, He and his beautiful wife Megan have 2 kids - Cayleigh and Carsten.
Brand & UX Manager, Social Media Director
Stewart joined TexAgs in 2013 after working 10 years in advertising as an art director and designer. After graduating from A&M in 2004 and marrying his high school sweetheart, he soon fled the state for sunny California. He spent eight years in LA before returning to the motherland with his wife and three kids. Stewart manages TexAgs' social media presence, the overall user experience and the TexAgs brand.

Support Staff

Customer Support, Events Coordinator
Sarah Beth began working for TexAgs in the fall of 2016 in customer support. She is a second generation Aggie currently studying Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Sciences at Texas A&M and hopes to graduate in 2020.
Writer, Publisher
Heath is a junior finance major from Castroville, Texas, near San Antonio. He joined TexAgs in the spring of 2017 covering baseball and volleyball. He is also pursuing a communications minor at A&M and hopes to one day be on TV. He is an unabashed sports fanatic known by some of his friends as a “sports encyclopedia.” When Heath is not talking to athletes or going to class, he is probably either watching Fox News, reading a book or winning debates against friends.
Publisher, Production Assistant
Tarah a senior Marketing major from Caldwell, Texas and will be continuing to the Master's program after graduation. She transferred to TAMU from Texas Lutheran University where she played golf for the Bulldogs. Tarah is a die hard A&M sports fan even though she is a first generation Aggie. Her dream job is to work in marketing for a professional sports organization. She is also a huge Houston sports fan, and in her spare time hangs out with friends or her dogs.
Customer Support
AnnaBeth joined the TexAgs customer support team in the summer of 2017. She is currently studying to be a dental hygienist, but hopes to someday retire from cleaning teeth and become a trophy wife. When she's not studying, throwing dinner parties or working at TexAgs, she can be found taking naps and eating food with her cat, Harrison.
Camera Operator
Perry Hawley is a senior sports management major from Houston, Texas. In July 2017 he joined TPG as a production assistant after spending over two years at 12th Man Productions. Before joining TPG, he co-founded Perspective Cinematography. Highlights from his time at Perspective include filming collegiate intro videos, sporting events, concerts, professional commercials, weddings, as well as graphic design. He loves his family, friends, music, and being upside down on a wakeboard.
TPG Assistant Editor
Josh joined TexAgs in 2018, and he also works full time as a Campus Staff Minister with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at Texas A&M. He graduated from Baylor University in 2015 with a degree in Film and Digital Media and a minor in Corporate Communication. Whatever time he’s not spending with the students he mentors and develops, he’s spending on cooking, photography, watching basketball/football, and of course helping with edits or productions with TPG.
Production Assistant
Morgan is a senior Sports Management major with a minor in business at Texas A&M. She is from San Antonio, Texas and joined TexAgs in January of 2018, where she assists with TexAgs Radio and events, along with being a staff writer. She enjoys all things Texas A&M sports, is a fan of the San Antonio Spurs, and in her free time binge watches The Office.
Customer Support
Keely joined the TexAgs customer support team in the fall of 2017. She is studying Supply Chain Management and will graduate in May of 2020. Keely's favorite things in life are her family and Fightin' Texas Aggie football.
Programmer
Garrett joined TexAgs as a sophomore in high school, interning during the summer of 2013. He now works part-time as a software developer, and is a junior studying computer science and business at Texas A&M University. In his free time, Garrett enjoys making music and working on other programming projects.
Photographer
Matt Sachs has been a photographer for TexAgs since 2009. He began as a sports photographer working for his college newspaper (Cornell ’79). He moved to College Station in 2007 to join the faculty at Texas A&M.
Events Coordinator
Mikenzi joined TexAgs during the summer of 2016. Her tasks at TexAgs include helping with events and the live radio show, along with being a staff writer. She's a junior Telecommunications Media Studies major with a minor in Sports Management at Texas A&M. Mikenzi, also an identical twin, loves sports and is from Andrews, a small West Texas town where football is the entertainment. She comes from a die hard Aggie family and aspires to be a sports broadcaster upon graduating.

Interns

Intern
Joel is a junior from Longview, Texas. He started working with TexAgs in the fall of 2018 as an intern and a publisher. Joel is studying Psychology and hopes to one day pursue his masters in Physician Assistant studies. He has worked in the past as a high school baseball umpire, a pharmacy technician, and a physical therapy aide. A lifelong sports fan, he can often be found in distress over failures and letdowns from Dallas’ four major sports teams.
Brooklyn is a sophomore Telecommunications major from Colleyville, Texas. In hopes of starting a career in sports broadcasting and sideline reporting, she transferred to Texas A&M from Ouachita Baptist University where she played Volleyball. While writing and self-publishing her first novel in 2016, she also wrote articles and took photos and videos for Elite Fitness Headquarters in Euless. In Brooklyn’s spare time she reads, writes, takes photos, drinks too much coffee, and hangs out with her friends and family.
Intern
Devin is a Sophomore at Texas A&M from College Station, Texas. He starting working for TexAgs in the fall of 2018 and is currently majoring in Journalism with a minor in Performance Studies. He has spent previous years working as a sales associate for Abercrombie and completed journalism internships for both 4Quartersonline and Franchise Sports. When he’s not working or studying he spends his free time exercising, watching movies, or catching up on sports.
Bridgett is a junior Agricultural Communications and Journalism major from Houston, Texas. She joined the TexAgs family in May of 2017 as an intern helping out with the radio show, press conferences, and soccer coverage. Bridgett is also the writer, editor and host of Tailgate Talks. As a second generation die hard Aggie, she enjoys any and all Texas A&M sporting events and spending time with family, friends, and her cats. Following graduation Bridgett aspires to achieve her dreams of becoming a sports reporter and broadcaster.
Intern
Luke is a business major from Coppell, TX. Fan loyalty runs through his blood as heartbreak has been a common theme in Dallas professional sports. He loves playing and following all sports and wishes his golf game would improve a much as his love for the game has. Luke co-hosts Double Coverage Sports Talk, a podcast on iTunes, and is a youth leader for his local church. His dream would be to have his own sports radio show one day.
Intern
Ted started working as an intern for the TexAgs recruiting team in May 2015. He primarily films highlights and interviews of A&M football recruits and commits and provides support to the recruiting team. Ted is an Austin native and currently a junior studying sports management at Texas A&M. He loves the New England Patriots and doesn't care if you think he's a bandwagon fan. When not studying or watching sports, he's an avid Netflix watcher.
Intern
Sammi is a sophomore telecommunications media studies major from Buda, Texas. She joined the TexAgs family in July of 2018 and aspires to be a sports reporter after graduation. She is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, San Antonio Spurs and especially Texas A&M football. Sammi loves being outdoors, drinking coffee, watching Netflix and spending time with family and friends.
Intern, Publisher
Ryan is a sophomore Communication major from Coppell, Texas and joined the TexAgs team in August of 2018. Prior to his internship with TexAgs, he spent the summer interning with Dave Campbell’s Texas Football and now serves as their contributing HS football and A&M beat writer. In his free time, he can be found tearing it up on the intramural fields or debating MJ vs. LeBron and whether or not Joe Flacco is elite.
Mitchell Mason is a senior Communication major from Grapevine, Texas. Before joining TexAgs in August of 2018, Mitch got his start in sports media by hosting several podcasts and writing sports articles. He is currently the voice of Texas A&M Ice Hockey and co-host of “Double Coverage Sports Talk” on iTunes. He is a former nationally acclaimed debater and a huge Dallas sports fan. After graduation, Mitch hopes to continue his broadcasting career with a professional sports organization or sports talk radio.
Intern
Lia is a senior Telecommunication Media Studies major from Coppell, Texas. Prior to joining TexAgs in May of 2018, she spent a year working as a master control operator and radio announcer for KAMU-TV/FM and as a videographer for the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets. She is a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan and dog lover, and following graduation, Lia hopes to work as a reporter for a major league sports team or news station.
Intern
Elisa is a junior Agricultural Communications and Journalism major from Katy, Texas. Elisa is a die-hard Aggie, even though she is first generation. Her dream job is to work for the NFL or with a collegiate football team doing photography and writing. Elisa was first on the sidelines at Taylor High School with a fanny pack as a trainer and then with a camera. When she’s not watching football or managing her fantasy team, she is either running her blog or photography businesses and spending time with family and friends.
Karli is a Communication major from Tomball, Texas. She joins TexAgs in the Fall of 2018 as an incoming freshman, but she is certainly not new to Aggieland. The youngest of seven children, Karli follows the lead of both her parents and older siblings in becoming an Aggie. She is passionate about her family, faith, and especially football. Upon graduating, she plans to pursue a career in sports broadcasting.
Jackie is a senior Agricultural Communications and Journalism major from Houston. A first generation Aggie, she is a member of Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority and the 12th Man Student Foundation. She also assists in the production of agricultural radio reports broadcast daily on Houston’s Country Legends 97.1. Jackie is a huge Houston Astros fan who enjoys Latin dancing, the batting cages and cuddling with her dog Canela. Her dream career is to work as a sports field reporter in her hometown.
