It was announced on Monday that Laura "Bird" Kuhn will not return as the head coach of Texas A&M volleyball following a 13-16 season in 2022. In her five seasons in College Station, Kuhn was 76-60 and reached the NCAA Tournament just once.

Texas A&M couldn't take advantage of an opening-set win as they ultimately fell to LSU in their final game at Reed Arena, 3-1. The loss marked the team's fifth consecutive as they head to Missouri this weekend for two matches to close the 2022 season.
