Our Master of Engineering in Technical Management (METM) was created at the request of a team of industry leaders who identified in their companies a deficit of engineering leaders who also had the strategic and tactical skills to fully understand the business environment. METM is different from a traditional MS in Engineering or MBA degree. In addition to leadership skills, there is an emphasis on business topics combined with a technical and engineering context.
METM is a part-time program that lasts 21 months and is mostly taught asynchronously online. This allows students to complete their master’s while continuing to work full time. Additionally, courses are taught by industry professionals and focus on real-world best practices. Students learn how to manage people, projects, and profitability.
