3-0 Rangers after 3. Gallo still swinging a hot bat, Lowe with a 3 run bomb to the fountains in CF. Lyles is even looking good so far.

Was really thinking they'd tie it after getting up 3-0 in the 3rd. Good on Lyles to have those shutdown innings. The bullpen needed rest

Won't be worse than 1-161.

Actually, the bats were solid the entire series which is somewhat encouraging. They'll lose a ton of games with their pitching, but a bad team that can hit is at least more entertaining to watch

Anyone see the video of Woodward wearing a backwards hat after the win yesterday? Would never see Francona, Roberts, Girardi, etc. doing that....dude isn't even in the same ballpark as those guys

I'm very happy with the way our guys are hitting! I figured this season is lost so any entertainment this year with good hitting to build on for next year is a plus to me. Lets hope they keep it up!

So I do not have Directv or ATT or anything like that. I have youtube tv and checked into the mlb tv stuff over the weekend but games were blacked out. Is there another way to watch the rangers?

Fox Sports Go app. If you know someone that has AT&T TV or any other provider carrying the network, you can log in with their credentials. That is what I'm doing for now

ha, I actually looked that up yesterday afternoon on my phone to see how Elvis was doing. I imagine he will come around a bit at the plate and at least get his average over the Mendoza line, but he seems to be on the decline overall. He'll be a backup/utility guy soon.

Elvis' game always relied upon a high energy element. In his prime, he was never a big bat but could get himself on base somehow. then would cause some chaos for the defense once he was on. But his tires are now bald. That "it" that helped elevate him seems to be gone.

Last I look Texas Rangers were MLB. Two wrongs don't make a right, but pulling out of Atlanta is complete nonsense. It's hurts honoring Hank Aaron and his family. Complete insanity

Setting aside his relative value, I still think it's very gross that Elvis is on the A's. One of my favorite Rangers ever without a doubt. Don't want to see him in that uniform against the Rangers.
