They'll need to add a floor or two for a Monkey Bar.

Seeing some movement at the old Carino's. Probably going to become a Tex-Mex place.
What is Dallas' version of Gringos?

Korean BBQ and Hotpot. But there hasn't been much activity since the banner went up several months ago.
We had one in my particular suburb of DFW and so many had raved about it. I was so excited to try it because I love good Mexican food and miss the food I was able to get out in west Texas where I used to live. It was bad. But then, I never really found good Mexican food up there. Closest would be Campuzano's in Midlothian, Waxahachie, and Cedar Hill.Marooned_n_Aggieland said:A Net Full of Jello said:El Fenix is ass my dude. It may be azz but apparently Dallas has enjoyed that style of azz since the 19teens - over 100 years. Consider this a net full o' history.
Not breaking ground soon, but it does appear HEB is going to East Bryan in the future.Broncos said:Bcs90 said:

I heard it directly from lower-level city staff that were working on the logistics.

I was really going but I couldn't find a menu online quickly and decided to go get my usual Friday night pizza instead!
Plus I decided to let them work out some kinks. Better not to go early on.
