Nigerian food truck at 607 W MLK in Bryan, Friday's and Saturdays. Mr. Dee Suya

Menu is on Door Dash and they have an FB page. Stuff looks super good and interesting.

And no it's not run by a "prince" who will ask for your bank account info.

Why do they say College Station knowing that it's Bryan? Is it to make the students more likely to go there?

We got there early. Guy waived me down and we got free vip valet parking. He had a homemade sign and seemed really excited when we got out. Some people really love their job.

I saw one place that they ONLY grossed $4000 within the last few months. That is crazy! No wonder they didn't survive.

Typically, you want your rent costs about 15 percent of your gross income, which for a place around 1500 sqft @ 2.5 per sqft, you should gross around $16000 per month at a minimum. It's very unfortunate but their business model was not sustainable.

Holleman Tavern open on Holleman between Dowling and Rock Prairie in the Barracks area. Inside is really well done, tons of TV's and food was good ( but I didn't explore much of the food menu).

Their website is just a way to recruit employees at this point. No menu or other info.

Business accounts that need to deal with cash. Lending offices. Cashing paychecks (ties back to those business accounts).

There are also a number of other services banks offer at a branch, like notary, money order/cashiers check, etc. But I don't think those are drivers of opening a new branch.

I was thinking the bar and patio could be a nice little coffee area while you wait to deposit your checks. Not every bank needs a drive-through. Maybe the creek area could be used as float-through? We need to think outside the box about our banks.

Only thing I had heard on the Ozona's spot was it being a good location and expected to move fast.
