In the Bible there is the Valley of Baca. Baca refers to weeping and the valley is in reference to a tree that drips resin. I don't want a steakhouse that makes me cry or drips resin on me.
Midway is set to start construction on two more buildings in May at Century Square. Each building will be approximately 16,000 square feet each. The total construction cost is around $7 million it is expected to be complete by December. These will be in the grass area in front of where Hopdoddy and Blaze are located.

Yes. When LM was first announced they said it was going to be in one of the new buildings as well as velvet Taco. That's been years and obviously Velvet Taco went into a space when a retail store went out of business. I haven't heard anything about LM, so assume it's no longer happening. Hopefully they still want to open up a location there though.
Midway works to bring in some of the same tenants at their locations. Perhaps looking at City Centre in Houston would give some insight into who they may try and recruit for the additional space. One store I've heard there is interest from is Warby Parker.

I wish the City of College Station would open up access to Century Square via Hensel Drive. University Drive is too congested already and they need another way to reduce the traffic flow. Being an engineering hub & home to TTI, I think this should've been done years ago. Is there a plan to do that?

Not sure what exactly you want CoCS to do? Ball street connects Century Square to Hensel on the west side parallel to south college. Go straight back from the middle of Century Square would run right though the middle of the student housing back there. There is a connection to Hensel if you go around Calvary Court, and then Calvin Moore to W-X Row then to Hensel. I guess you could make a connection on the east side as well. There seems to be some undeveloped land there and some dirt paths (at least looking on satellite images). One of the dirt road google maps even considers an extension of Century Square Drive back to the student housing which then connects to Hensel.
Then again, pretty sure that is all A&M land, so not sure CoCS can do anything about it.

You can't go that way. They have little flexible bollard dealies there that keep you from cutting through behind the hotel.

You can still go Hensel to Ball street straight to the garage. Not a direct path, but still skips all of the traffic and the light.
H&J's tea house in Northpark Plaza (Chubby's, Cindie's, Red Wing, Babylon, Saints and Sinners) is permanently closed.

There was a lot of negative stuff posted about the condition of the cats posted on Facebook.
That's sad to hear. They had some really cool cats in there.
Per their Facebook posts, they originally were offering them for "adoption" at $500 rehoming fees (while noting they were behind on health care and had a contagious respiratory disease), were told that wasn't allowed, so then they were offering them free... also told that wasn't allowed, so supposedly they went home with the employees and those employees would work on finding them new homes.
And yeah, as Captn Ag05 noted, apparently there were a lot of issues with the cats' conditions and how they were being cared for.
