Nova Northgate submitted their plans to TDLR. It looks like construction work will begin on December 1 with an expected completion of August 2026. One thing this submission has that I haven't seen with this property before is ground level retail.

We came for late lunch. Trying the hibachi. Will edit afterwards to let yall know how it is.
ETA: it was great. The gentleman running the hibachi for us said he used to work at Benihana. I had steak and chicken and the kiddo who was off from school today had shrimp. Great food, great service. We will definitely add this into the rotation.
