This will be on the other end of the building from Costa Vida. I'm surprised it took them so long to lease that space. And still disappointed at the waste of two perfectly good upstairs balconies.

In the U.S., yes....where the concept has never been understood. In Spain they are super cheap, often free bar snacks that you get with your drinks.
Would love a bar here to do that, but our love of really gross bar food pretty much means it aint ever gonna happen!

More info on the indoor tennis facility to be built at Bryan's Midtown Park in partnership with A&M. This is the first rendering of the facility that I have seen.
From the rendering, it appears the parking lot needs better drainage.
But reflection looks so much better than dry asphalt with some grass clippings….
