The Suga Trax is now open at 401 W 27th Street in Bryan. A dessert shop opened by three friends according to a report on KAGS.
Saw some menu pics on Google and in addition to ice cream, cheesecake, sundaes, snowcones, and the like, they appear to have some hot dogs and nachos, funnel cake, and plain cheesecake. Their "titular" dish, the Suga Trax, is a strawberry cheesecake ice cream with graham crackers, strawberries, and an entire slice of cheesecake on the top.

We had one in my particular suburb of DFW and so many had raved about it. I was so excited to try it because I love good Mexican food and miss the food I was able to get out in west Texas where I used to live. It was bad. But then, I never really found good Mexican food up there. When they closed, there was something in their final post about reorganizing and reopening at some point. I don't think that's going to happen.
