Since the island is obviously some type of fountain of youth this will explain why when the black kid comes back (sorry forget his name) he will be noticeably older. Maybe if you leave the island you age faster than normal. Haha it sounded good at first.

That's the most ridiculous amount of hogwash I have ever read. I also don't understand why we have determined that there is a mole. My first reason being that I'm not sure what the mole (other than what Juliet has done so far) has reported back to Ben. My second reason being that we've watched this show for almost 3 seasons and not seen Bribs once.

and sorry benz, but the only way Walt comes back is if he and Michael wash up dead on the beach. You forget that the writers A. don't like DUI's, and B. certainly don't like people derived from Africa.

Let's analyze:
1. Eko was brutally murdered.
2. Eko's brother was murdered.
3. Michael and Walt were written off the show in VERY short order.
4. Rose gets half an episode per season and then is forced to spend the rest of her life working on Broadway.
5. Approximately 100 slaves on the Black Rock were left to rot and die.

Was it really necessary for Charlie to hit Desmond with the oar? I'm sure Desmond will probably be thinking, "Geez Charlie, I would have let you kill yourself rather than me. You didn't have to club me over the head for it."

Why do you think Desmond had a change of heart on the boat and offered to go in place of Charlie?

Charlie knew Desmond wouldn't let him die. He couldn't even let him die when it meant getting to see his Penelope (maybe).

Also, how does Desmond know how Charlie dies, if he was getting his visions from living the same thing over and over again, wouldn't he have to be there when Charlie actually dies.

I think Desmond wakes up and tries to come to the rescue, but still think Charlie "gets it."

i picked up on that too...

my reaction to tonight's episode was sort of, 'huh.' there wasn't anything too shocking. i didn't expect there to be anybody home at the underwater station and i hope they don't bump desmond off the show.
