I thought it was a great ending to an otherwise mediocre episode. Every week can't be gold though, and the last two episodes were.

Oh, so they just went back and refilmed the entire crash scene just to get shots of Paolo and Nikki in it? I doubt it
quote:
That was like a twilight zone episode
quote:
Not really. They were added later. This was clearly just a filler episode.

We also found out why they wanted Kate and Sawyer along with Jack to come back.

I heard them mention they wanted Kate and Sawyer also, but I didn't hear why. Did I miss something?
quote:The characters have interacted enough. It's almost the end of season three and due to sloppy writing, lack of coherent plot, and downright character stupidity, I just don't care about the characters anymore. Give me a decent story that keeps me entertained and I'm happy.
The Hurley van episode at least had a good deal of the characters interacting with each other. This one basically had none.
quote:That's doesn't reflect poorly on the show. Nikki is smoking hot, I can't think of any episodes of Lost that are better than her dancing for 40 minutes.
I would have enjoyed it more if it had just been 40 minutes of Nikki in her underwear.

Yes. Neither one of them were cast until this season.
And they didn't have to film the entire crash scene again. Most of their shots were simply inserts into existing footage.

Didn't sound like the smoke.

There is a slim chance they may survive

I would say there haven't been any "best episodes ever" this season. There have been one, maybe two average episodes. The rest sucked. It's no wonder Lost ratings have been way down this season.

Again, if we learned one thing from that episode, it's that there is no such thing as "just dialogue". Everything is foreshadowing something else.
What was the point of Locke telling Paulo that things don't stay buried when they buried near the beach before Paulo himself is buried near the beach? That wasn't just a scene for the sake of having a scene.
