I'm thinking Bernard too...he and Rose are supposed to come back to the table "in a big way". I also think the writers love their characters too much to turn tha audience against the main characters.

There's that one Tailie who was abducted/brainwashed by the Others right before they made it to the beach.
Do we know that those on the Helocopter are indeed dead? People seem to live through some pretty bad flight accidents on this island.
I could be wrong, and I know you can't trust the ABC previews, but it seemed to me that the Portugeuse chick who fell from the helicopter looked to be alive.
All I know is sweeps start next week, so things are going to start picking up FAST.

You know, it would be great to have Maury Povich out on the island to sit Sun down with Jin, Jae, Michael, and the smoke monster - all of whom have had paternal tests run on them. Those Maury shows always crack me up! Jin, you are not the father (jumps up and starts swearing in Korean)...Jae, you're NOT the father (repeat after Jin)....Michael, not the father (does his own dance). Smokey...you ARE the father! Imagine how angry Smokey would be thereafter?

the idea that the smoke monster is a jabberwocky is wonderfully interesting.
Zap, that is great! Those shows are hilarious. It is absolutely terrible that a baby is fatherless and the mother is going through all of that...but the fact that there is all of the dancing, cussing, and everything else surrounding the anticipation is so pathetic it is funny.

This was a real weak episode. The Jin/Sun storyline is boring, and I couldn't care less who's baby it is. I guess that might end up mattering later on though when Sun possibly could die. Nothing else eventful happened, and if I were Desmond, there is no way I would have let EyePatch go.

She said that Flight 815 was found with no survivors.
She siad that there is no way Hurley is from Flight 815....that they had found Flight 815 crashed somewhere and there were no survivors.
Which begs many questions:
Was there a fake crash somewhere as a coverup? Who set that up?
This would explain why nobody has come looking for the losties.
Or....was Flight 181 actually found crashed somewhere and the losties are living in some kind of alternate reality?
And is Kate pregnant? Or is Juliette just checking all the chicks to be sure?

probably a dharma coverup so that no one would come looking for them. although how they identified all the victims and whatnot, i'm not sure.

Sun planted the seed (no pun intended) that Jack could be working for the Others. I guess that could be possible foreshadowing.
Tonight's episode sucked. I've been a supporter of LOST on here for previous episodes, but tonight was a letdown.
