Did it look to anyone else that the pic with the monk and the lady was a very poor attempt at photoshop? It did not look real to me, I just thought it was funny, not saying it meant something.

Why would a Helicopter pilot have a satellite cell phone? If I not mistaken don't helicopters have radios that can reach hundreds of miles. Also, I find it interesting that the battery went out as soon as Hurley turned it on. Seems like a the writers are running out of ideas to keep us interested.

The batteries were dead, but the pearl station has power. I’d bet Sayid can rig up a way to recharge those batteries. Radios in plains only go so far b/c of the curvature of the earth. And, as someone else mentioned, maybe it was a one way trip where by they knew the helo would run out of gas and have to bail out over the island.
Oh, and who here didn’t annoy their wife by clicking back the Kate/Tent/Underwear scene at least three times?
Did anyone else find it weird that Jin just dropped what he was doing, left his pregnant wife behind, and entered the mysterious/scary jungle with three others to go camping? C'mon, camping?

he looked pretty excited to go camping when Hurley was telling him about marshmellows.

I thought it was a little weird too, but why not? They're stuck on an island. Why not make the most of it? They have no tv, and not everyone is obsessed with dealing with the Others.

He knows she's pregnant. Maybe he wanted to get away. He's probably sick his responsibility of catching fish for the entire camp.
Yes he knows. He thinks it is a miracle because he shoots blanks. Unfortunately, it is probably the other dude's baby who she was cheating on him with.

I also think the baby isn't his. I also think either the baby or her dies in the coming episodes.
He thinks its a miracle because the Dr. told them that Sun wasn't able to have children. The Dr. later told Sun that it was actually Jin that was sterile, but something about not wanting to hurt his pride or something.

Locke can walk
Rose is cancer free
Sun is pregnant
Sun's pregnancy is the only thing that can be explained. (Because the daddy may be the nose diving Korean.) I predict she will voluntarily let Juliet examine her, due to Juliet's theory on the baby/mother deaths. Ben wants Sun examined as well, because he is obsessed with island babies. Ben will never let Juliet go until she solves the island baby problem.
The island may have "healing" powers. But, how did Ben get a tumor in the first place, and why is he taking so long to heal? And didn't Sawyer's vision get worse when he got to the island? (He needs glasses to read now.) Why is the island selective in it's healing powers?

That makes no sense. Why not tell the audience to pretend their on an island instead of making it look as real as possible. We'll all watch with our eyes closed. Why would go out of their way for everything else and include so many details, but have this one picture look like someone put the old lady next to the monk in Photoshop? COME ON...

well, given that "Lost is designed for the DVR generation", the fact that the photoshop is so terrible is a point of interest.
