I just looked at the Texans' rushing totals for the season. As a team they have 400 yards less than Jonathan Taylor. David Johnson perhaps the worst season by a former good player of all time.

I've changed my mind. Mills should be the next non-stop gap starter for the Texans.
Fire Culley/TK and find a coach that can start to grow Mills. Mills can be a playoff qb with the right talent and coaching.

Texans don't need a RB early in 2nd round, but I could see a great pick of Spiller early in the 3rd.

It depends on what they think they'll do with Tunsil. If he's back, you can pass on Neal. If they can trade him for a 1st, I'd take Neal and make Howard LT.
