Looking like Caserio is playing hardball and might wait. Watson getting antsy to play..
Twist and turns
Do you think Caserio is doing this so Watson opens up his teams he'll play for?

It could also be that Watson said he would never waive his no-trade for Philly...W said:
how come the Eagles are not being mentioned? Hurts is close to being benched.
maybe they straight up told Caserio...they won't give up their 1st round picks

I know the Texans' recent history of personnel decisions is shameful, to be kind, but as is made apparent by their look at possible trade deadline deals, CBSsports.com thinks they are morons of the highest order.

I'd honestly be surprised if we even got a 3rd rounder out of him. Not sure what you are thinking?

It couldn't be a more accurate statement if you tried.
That's like saying calling an IPA an Indian Pale Ale is a slur.
But if it gets Cal McNair out, let's make it a big deal. Although I'm sure there's a Cletus McNair or a Dilbert McNair buried in the weeds somewhere that's even dumber than him.
That's funny because they had a PR person that was liked by everyone and respected around the league, but Cal fired her. She was quickly hired by someone else.Quote:

Yeah, she was liked by players and people within the org, but an entity's PR/ spokesperson really shouldn't be alienating half of the season ticket-holders (your primary revenue stream) by talking politics on social media. If you're in PR, your boss probably wants you to remain pretty neutral when people are so divided.Noble07 said:That's funny because they had a PR person that was liked by everyone and respected around the league, but Cal fired her. Cal does have a sibling that has been much more successful in business (and life in general) but for some reason Bob and Janice left the team for him to run.

I said this right when it happened. He was hoping he could run away.bilbobag said:
Rumor is Watson deal could be inching closer but hangs on Watson settling his cases and signing an NDA which Watson is opposed too.
Some also believe Watson wanted out of Houston because he knew about the massage lawsuits before his blow up with Cal..
This whole is fascinating and can't wait until all details come to light in the future.
Wasn't aware of that, but I agree with you.Quote:

I suspect that the other brother is busy successfully running the other businesses and Simple Cal was given the team because an NFL franchise is basically a license to print money and the thought was he wouldn't be able to screw it up too badly.Noble07 said:That's funny because they had a PR person that was liked by everyone and respected around the league, but Cal fired her.
