Really cool old rod. I think it's one of the glass rods made for Orvis by Phillipson. Depending on the quality I've seen those go for $200+
FYI- the rod still may be worth it but I don't believe it's glass. I was confusing the Henry's Fork with another model. That being said, if it's a "superfine" which would have an unsanded blank it's still worth more than $75 (I've seen them go as high as $300) but it's not an old 1960-70s vintage glass rod.

If it's the Superfine and it's in really good shape you got a steal. A quick Google search shows lightly used Henry's Fork Superfine rods going for $250-$300.

Dude, you got a helluva deal. That rod could probably pull $250-$300 on eBay. It's going to be a pretty progressive taper that's great for tossing dry flies.

I got my new Mako 9500 in Dec but opened it early for Louisiana! Wife got me two fishing essay / short story collections and while not directly correlated with fly fishing a drone which will be on the skiff in no time.

I booked a trip in south Louisiana for my son for Christmas. We went yesterday and it was great. My son hooked a big bull red on the first opportunity but did not get it in the boat. He did manage to get one in the boat. Weather was pretty bad but the guide was outstanding. Bailey Short. He is really good and super friendly. I will post a pic if I can figure out how (yes I am old)
