Definitely some changes/liberties taken there....perhaps trying to drag out the bran storyline some?
Yeah that last scene was awesome, great to get more stuff from non-POV characters
Oh and they have to spice up Brans story somehow, I wonder how they'll get Jon to let Bran go after he gets rescued

The whole bran and crew captured at crastwrs is weird
We got more info on the WW in the closing scene then anything in the books this far
OK, WTF? The show producers are straight up trying to spoil the books. Did not like the Bran story change.
I'm a fan of the bran change. Let's face it, his story has virtually nothing in it after he gets north of the wall and until he meets bloodraven.

If Im understanding this right: a wight is a reanimated human but an Other is a living human turned to evil.
This breaks the idea that the Others are an entirely different type of being like CotF or Giants.

We know David and Dan have been told the rest of the story, looks like book readers may have gotten spoiled by the show

The show is going to finish before martin's books. Spoiling is inevitable.

Well it looked like an alter. IDK how the Other got from Caster's Keep (fairly close to the Wall) all the way out there in less than a month presumably. If they can move that fast, why is it taking them months to make it to the Wall?

Not to be Debbie Downer here, but if Jon Snow and company are 60 miles from Craster's, Meera is going to be bloodied and really, really messed up by the time they get there to rescue her.

Wasn't there someone called the Night's King in the books? Also, it wasn't the land of always winter, it was goddam Minas Morgul.

I agree with the "how will Jon be convinced to let Bran continue" and I'll add "how will Lorch allow it (or get away to tell Bolton?)"
They are straying from the books a LOT at the moment. Also, lol to the poor saps that think Dany is going to be headed to King's Landing soon after watching that preview clip.

The preview clip shows Jon fighting people, so unless Coldhands gets there first and leaves some alive, he ain't coming to the rescue, imo.
Anyone else disappointed that the episode title "breaker of chains" wasnt saved for the must happen scene when greatjon umber escapes and starts killing frey's?

Did anyone else find it interesting when Tyrion stated "Sansa's not a killer. Not yet anyway." Sounds like some definite foreshadowing.
