Bran gave his word he wouldn't climb. He broke it. So he's paralyzed for breaking his word. Rob is dead for breaking his word. Sansa deserves death for her silly infatuation with Joff. She's a meaningless character who has contributed nothing and is just along for the ride. For a brief stint we thought she might grow into something more when she and little finger were colluding. But that has since been thrown out the window like a oath breaking climbing sibling.

show only clues i think show jon snow will come back in some capacity
1. shireen's death now seems completely pointless for stannis's plans
2. jaqen states only death can pay for life
3. mirrimaz dur (the witch from season 1 finale) says the same thing when daenarys asks her to heal Drogo (her unborn child is sacrificed to save drogo)
4. melisandre has stated visions can be misinterpreted, returns to the wall
5. the night's watch will likely burn jon's body to prevent him from becoming a wight

given theses clues, i think jon will resurrect from his funeral pyre by the lord of light's magic and shireen's sacrifice.
whether he comes back like he was, or a catatonic zombie like Drogo, or as a dragon or wolf or whitewalker i have no idea. but i think his character's story is not over yet.

I would look in the middle of that for clues. duh.

She was still backing Joffrey after the incident with the butcher's son by the river. While she didn't know the extent of his immorality, he certainly hadn't shown himself to be honorable at that point.
