Westeros/Essos are based on a medieval culture. Like ancient Rome and most societies from hundreds of years ago, there was no age of consent. Dany was supposed to be like 14 when Drago first married her.

1) agree with others that out of all the crap that goes on with this show, consensual sex between siblings, while disgusting, is not even close to the most offensive thing.

Another clue to the Jon parentage - when Ned said his fairwell to him in Season 1, didn't he say that he didn't have his name but he had his blood? That could mean he had a different name (Snow / Targ) but had Stark blood from sister.
Looking back, that was like Episode 2 or 3. That was the last time Jon saw anyone in his family (came close to Bran and Rick once but saw their wolves), the last time Robb, Bran and Rickon saw their dad, Arya or Sansa, last time Arya or Sansa saw their mom. That d-bag GRRM broke up the Stark family right off the bat and never let them get back together.
