Yellow Rose is quality stuff for such a young company. They have my favorite rye and its not close.

Don't kid yourself, there may well be enough gluten free, vegan yobs around to keep hopdoddy's hoppin.
In fairness, that is the only hipsterburger on the menu. There are plenty of red blooded 'Merica options for us to avail ourselves of.
When one of them closes, three more pop up to take its place.jac4 said:
Not sure if this appeared earlier, but I heard Neighbor's ED is closing.
Wow! First tenant of Century Square and it's already gone. Ah well, would rather see something better there anyway. Speaking of Century Square, Tiff's Treats is opening 8/26 [https://www.cookiedelivery.com/Company/About/New-Store-Openings.aspx].jac4 said:

I'm not sure that I'd take an unverified statement on this board of a business closing at face value, considering it's past reputation of accuracy of speculations.

I do not work for the City of Bryan, but I wouldn't mind working for either the COB or the CoCS.AGnCS said:I'm pretty sure he works for the CoB.Quote:

Same owner - new name, different menu, alcohol instead of ice cream.FlyRod said:
Is the Bistro in downtown Bryan a new place, or just Molly's re-opening under a new name?
In Europe you do have to pay, but here in the States carts are free unlike Aldi. carpe vinum said:

Brazos County Commission Approves Participation In A College Station Economic Development Project

Definitely intriguing as far as development goes. Not too long ago, they approved an Americas Best Value Inn behind O'Reilly's Auto Parts. But the extension of Dartmouth means that there will probably be ANOTHER stoplight there, which is aggravating. Some better planning years before (or some hard choices now) could've given a viable 4-lane alternative to Texas Avenue or the highway, and I'd be happier with a stoplight there if there was a road that went straight to University Drive without lanes disappearing, low speed limits, back roads, and jogging on perpendicular streets.
Casa do Brasil is coming soon to Caprock Crossing in College Station. I didn't see it on the list.Quote:

Should there be a category for recently moved?bcstx06 said:
