Hate to say it but that place likely won't make it too long.
Don't care how much traffic is in area.. a sports bar in a strip center that sits about 400 yards from the road... not a good combination. Very little visibility from University

I went to a breakfast taco tasting for the new La Bodega express recently and they were awesome! The one with the white Queso, refried black beans grilled onion and bacon was killer. The Mexican crab cake Benedict was amazing.

Nothing in the New Development list interesting except the Sonic near the College Station Walmart will be torn down and rebuilt, Blue Baker on Dominik will add a back entrance (so you can enter it, but not exit) from George Bush East.

need help. what's the name of the food truck here who does the Philly Cheesesteaks? think it's something like Blazes Steaks. I know it's a blue food truck i have seen around. are they any good?
Blake's Steaks. They're outstanding. Know he's trying to go brick and mortar but not sure when. He's on north west plaza on gameday, but sure his other location(s) around town during the week.

- Last night, KBTX showed parking meter kiosks that were installed in the parking areas at Century Square near all the new restaurants. Apparently, $3 for the first hour then additional charges. What will this do to the prospects for these eateries? Did these moderately priced places know that the parking wasn't going to be free?
What do you all think?

Don't know anything about Tru Fit, but hoping the new location (Texas/SW at old Kroger) does well. Nice to have a tenant there.
