There has been a "restaurant pad site" for sale in the parking area just east of Leslie's Pool Supplies for a long time. I wonder if that is where they are looking to build it? It's directly across from where 1101 shows up on Google Maps.

So is Krispy Kreme actually happening? Would steal some of the thunder from Dunkin since they can't seem to find a location that they like. They are apparently committed to doing 2-3 stores in BCS per the franchise agreement.
