No way BCS can support that place. I guarantee you no one around here is walking around with Euros in their pockets.

I wonder what is going on there.

I wished I had the money to buy it, turn it into a bar/laundromat like Washbangers and call it Dirty Socks

This is satire, right? Pretty sure federal law doesn't require zoning for SOBs, or zoning at all really.australopithecus robustus said:
Once it's rezoned to regular commercial (if it hasn't already) the city will have to designate a new location to be zoned for an SOB by federal law.
But will they take Euros?FlyRod said:

I'm probably mis-remembering, but I thought the CS city council went against the rules way back when and grandfathered in the book store by Denny's and the Silk Stocking - but didn't designate any other areas for SOB. I haven't taken the paper in 8 years, so I've probably missed updates, but that's how my feeble mind recalls it.australopithecus robustus said:
A municipality must designate a place for SOB. Call Lance Simms and ask him if you don't believe me.
All of those have been mentioned at one point or another here. I think that's out of date slightly...I thought I read that College Station would get a regular Gringo's, and that Black Walnut pulled out.FlyRod said:

Some of these have been mentioned, others have not. Lots of good things coming.
