Calling Josh's goodbye messages cowardly was pathetic and clearly indicative that Paul didn't give a **** about anything other than his own status as a veteran. Using goodbye messages to sway jury votes is a classic game move.
If Josh truly is a super fan, then props to him.

I think he'd have beaten Christmas but that's it. Nobody respected her making the end
In the end I think Josh kind of being a transparent ******* while Paul being a sneaky ******* was what swayed it. People can deal with an upfront ******* but get pissed about being manipulated. Josh's move to blow up Paul to the evictees in the exit messages was a function of him realizing that Paul was trying to avoid getting blood on his hands. A good maybe winning move.
I maintain Paul should have won, but it was pretty hilarious when he didn't. More importantly, Cody won AFP! That's the second year in a row where I was more invested in the AFP winner than I was in the actual winner.
It's the only move he made.
At least the last episode was great to sort of make up for this crappy season. I was waiting for the cameras to zoom out and show the cast reaction when Cody won but they didn't.

Agree. I also think if one of 2 jurors came into the night unsure, Paul screwed himself with his jury question answers. He misread most of the jury, even some that voted for him. Christmas' question to Josh was so pathetic and more proof why she might have been the most worthless hg in history.
I mentioned it as a talking point for Josh a few pages ago, and while he didn't use it, I think the jury knew based off their questions... Paul overplayed his game. He didnt need to do half of what he did. And it burned bridges

Hindsight here but Josh going along with Paul and evicting Jessica instead of Elena who he wanted to evict which caused Jess to miss jury helped Josh in the end.
