White looking good. Very confident with his jump shot.

I suddenly don't care about this Summer League game.

It's safe to say no one will make a trade for Kawhi now right? Unless an east team wants to rent him for the year to try to make it to the finals.

There is a lot of doubt when Cousins will even be able to play next season, and how effective he will be. There is a reason he had to sign for that little of money. ThAt injury he had is no joke and he may never be same. The history says he likely won't. Plus you got Green and Boogie now in same locker room? I wonder if Kerr signed up for this. Anyways, I think this is a definite 'wait and see' whether Boogie is much help to them next year.

At this point I'd be ok with combining franchises with Philly. 21 home games in SA. 21 in Philly. Then 40 road games. That's about our only shot against the Warriors.
Simmons
Reddick or Green?
Kawhi
Lamarcus
Embiid
Bench
Murray / Fultz
Reddick or Green
Covington
Gay
Saric
Rudy Gay had a similar injury and made over $8MM last year with the Spurs. Cousins is in the prime of his career coming off of a 4th straight all-star campaign. He took a significant pay cut even with that injury.Pumpkinhead said:Enzo The Baker said:

That said, if Boogie is able to at least start contributing as a second unit guy by playoff time, say essentially replacing David West role (who is contemplating retirement)...well even a reduced Boogie is likely a signicant upgrade over David West.

I thought he turned a corner, behavior-wise last season. I guarantee a non-competitive team would have at least offered an non-tax payer MLE, if not more. But I don't think he wanted to go back to a Sacramento-type team. I don't believe that there wasn't at least one team out there that was interested.
