They have all kinds of both cold and hot sandwiches. I was that direction yesterday and had the Italian beef. The only thing I don't like there is the chicken salad because it has grapes.
This looks AMAZING!!!!!

I had a Hot Bobbie from Capriottis last night. It was very good.
And it is sad that you know that.

There is already an Anytime Fitness next to HEB at Tower Point. I wonder if they're just moving?
I'm guessing Anytime also wanted a bigger space.

I drive or bike by it several times a day and it has been very busy the last few months.ukbb2003 said:MsDoubleD81 said:

The building already existed but this particular space had never been finished out. It is at the end of the building with St. Joseph and Gold Star Pharmacy. Right behind Frost Bank.

The property is no longer on the active listings on Oldham Goodwin. I guess it sold quickly. When it went on the market, I think KBTX said that a developer was lined up and could be announced before the end of the year.techno-ag said:Yup. The Bryan council is holding a special meeting Monday at 5:30, in part to consider approving a third public-private partnership project at Midtown Park.
The proposal calls for creating a $26 million dollar movie, bowling, and recreation complex.
The 30 year ground lease is with the company running the Queen and Palace theaters for the city.
What is being called "Schulman's Movie Bowl Grille" will have technology advanced auditoriums accommodating movies, e-sports, and conference space.
The complex will also have a bowling center of at least 24 lanes, at least four indoor pickleball courts, and at least three other recreational activities. Those options includes darts, axe throwing, bocce ball, and shuffleboard.
The complex, which will also have 250 parking spaces, will be built along Midtown Park lake near Villa Maria and South College.
Construction is supposed to start by next August and open in September 2024.
This is absolutely true. College Station leadership is an absolute failure on almost every count in relation to their job duties.Captn_Ag05 said:
Bryan's leadership is running circles around College Station right now.
I saw some guys playing Bocce ball in Paris at Luxemburgh park and it looks pretty interesting. Wouldn't mind learning to play that and pickleball in my middle ages.Captn_Ag05 said:

Glad they finally made this public. I mentioned back in April that a Main Event type place was in the works, but couldn't say the details on it. The Schulmans have been planning this for a while, but I couldn't publicly confirm it. (Yes, I am patting myself on the back.)Captn_Ag05 said:
