Site plans were submitted to the city of Bryan last week for the Mod apartments, which is the complex going in across from Blinn.

I believe they are going in the new building between PetSmart and the Pool Store strip center.
It is a finish out of a new building, I believe. Waxing the City is going in the same center.

The center looks to be pretty full. All the tenants are what you see in every strip mall. Doesn't seem to be struggling to me...MS08 said:

so we have a Chubby's, Cindie's Lingerie, a cat cafe, and a Mr Hamburger all in the same location....if I didn't know, I'd think we were in LA.

Well, there's less trash and homeless people around, cheaper rent, people generally seem nice, and Bryan isn't one of two major cities that makes you want to nuke the entire state.
So you go to Cindies and get a Chubby or is it the other way around....
The Kettle in College Station is closing as their lease was not renewed. This makes sense given the site plans submitted for the new Salad and Go had the same address. The Kettle will be torn down and a Salad and Go built in its place. The site has room for other development given the small footprint of Salad and Go, so I would expect something else to go there as well.
But it's better than the one in Bryan. That's a bummer.

You mean 1002 Southwest Parkway East. 1002 SWP is near the "Vintage" apartment complex.
Yes right next to the Country Inn hotel.
The sign is up for Storehouse Storage near UPS and Versacarry (old DPS building) at the WJB-Boonville exit off the bypass. Not open yet. This looks to be a three story inside storage facility. Maybe climate controlled? Very nice.
