3850 is the vacant lot between Pizza Hut and Culligan just north of the Kroger gas station.

I'd like to be wrong, but don't see this happening anytime soon. TJs hasn't built a new store in Texas in a few years. They seemed to be focused on other markets. If College Station is going to get a non-traditional grocery store soon, I would think it would be either a Sprouts or maybe a Central Market since HEB seems to like the BCS market.DeepEastTxAg said:

Maybe the city of College Station can convince Whole Foods to open a location as an exchange for letting Amazon do all their drone testing here.

Agreed. The footprint of that lot is way smaller than what they are used to.

Looks to be Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Pepperoni's Pizza (although I think this is to the east of the new Dutch Bros).
