I honestly don't know. I haven't seen a single person discuss it in the wake of the reactions, which isn't a good sign, but reactions this good have to count for something. I think a lot of it will have to do with how it resonates with fans and normal audiences. Like, if it becomes a "thing" where it's just breaking records and has a 99% RT score, that could count for a lot. The next week should tell us a lot...

The only way Armond White would give a Star Wars Movie a positive review is if it was directed by the Coen Brothers. They seem to be the only big time directors he consistently gives positive reviews to.

I'm legitimately trying to find negative reactions and I can't. That said, I'm anxious to see how much of this enthusiasm translates to the actual reviews in the morning. Or if the people who didn't like it are just keeping their mouths shut for now and holding everything for their review.

I have seen a couple of tweets from reviewers who thought TFA was better, but none of those were people that are huge Star Wars fans.

The real question will be how long after the movie release will you have someone post here saying the movie was bad. You know there is always at least one person that will do it.

Going to make a prediction based on what I have read on this thread (I don't even go anywhere else for movie info). This is not a spoiler, because it is just my guess, but I am going to spoiler tag it anyways because I've predicted plot points on movies/tv shows before and later been accused of reading spoilers and posting them as my own prediction:
Going off the tweets, I think we are going to be introduced to a new threat, probably from another galaxy. It sounds like they are going to really expand the universe, and the way I see them doing that is bringing in people from "out there" that we have not seen before. Makes me think that Snoke is either - a new character from a planet we have not heard of until now and is invading and trying to take over the planets of the Republic.
OR my other theory is that Snoke knows of an outside threat and believes that what he is doing is the only way to protect and prepare for that outside threat. So he is actually trying to protect everyone from that outside threat by conquering and then unifying and preparing for the upcoming battle. An ends justifies the means type of thing

With at least a few characters, who we perceive as good and bad will be turned on its head in this movie. Perhaps someone being both and the emergence of grey jedi. My guess is Snoke is the big bad but is in cahoots or in a rivalry with luke to be the biggest of the bad, and that Kylo was being fought over by both of them as their mercenary of choice. Luke got betrayed and was waiting for another to step up, find him, and help him fill that void.
