Yes, it is Rey. This poster set had one for some of the main characters with them all wearing red. They had a poster for Kylo, Finn, Luke, Leia, Rey, and Poe.

Agreed. I just worry about the cuteness factor on the island in contrast to Rey/Luke and that being a weird, out-of-place tone among whatever training dynamic there is. That said, I trust Rian Johnson, and these were 100% his idea, so I'm at least curious to see what purpose they serve.

Probably only as merchandising - gotta tap into the girl purchase power and the Asian market for anything with big cute sad eyes.

Or they could be light saber training or "catch a rabbit" type training
