My local Regal is showing all showtimes except the 6 / 7 pm IMAX showing. Assuming they will announce a double feature for that showing.

Hm. Double feature at 3 pm in IMAX 3D, 6:00 in RPX 3D, 9:30 in IMAX 3D, or 10:00 in RPX 2D.

Decisions, decisions.

Right now, I'm leaning towards the RPX 3D at 6:00 pm. I think 6 hours might be a bit exhausting for the double feature, and I don't mind the 3D. I definitely want the premium format, and RPX I think is about the same size as the IMAX screen, if not a tiny bit smaller. But I don't know if I can wait till 9:30 for the second IMAX showing.

I'm shooting for Alamo Drafthouse opening night and then 2d IMAX on Friday.

I saw TFA 5x that opening weekend which included doing one of the marathons. Not sure I'll do it that much this time around lol

I have unlimited free viewings this time. I'm going to single-handedly put them out of business this December.

I think all the regal theaters have 2D RPX showings. We're looking at the Friday 1:20 at the Edwards Marq*e 23 on Katy Freeway.

No way. Disney makes Rey either gay or gender neutral...

In all seriousness, id love to see it, them take over the universe as Dark royalty, then spawn the greatest Jedi that eventually brings them down in 10-11-12

I just don't want another "chosen one" scenario that we've seen in the PT and OT already. First it was Anakin, then it was Luke.

I hope the same is not true of Rey.

She turns him good - won't fully happen until episode 9 but it's happening.

My guess: Luke tells Rey to stay clear, Snoke says the same to Kylo - but they both don't listen to their trainers.

and Rey isn't related to anyone relevant but since Kylo is, Skywalker bloodline remains active.
