Not sure it's a bad link or a problem, but rather a different program for communication for the beta testers of Netgear software.

It seems to be a company designed to manage beta testing programs, rollouts and user issues in a structured way. Some others have used it before:

I saw the same thing. The front page of the "beta" site even says "Powered by Centercode Connect 9". It does appear to have a crappy certificate.

The NASs are the only big items I've gotten and I gave all three away (I have a Synology). Got an R8000 router and some small switches. Really would like a managed switch so I can do link aggregation.

The biggest item I've gotten has been a business class AP. After that, it's my cable modem/router. We're about to go through a hardware refresh at work. I'm wondering (hoping might be a better word) if maybe we won't be getting rid of one or two of our NAS's...

IFTTT is working awesome. I can now arm my units before bed and disarm when I wake up by telling Alexa to do it!

The beta geofencing is pretty sweet too. However, I haven't had a chance to try it with my wife. I want to validate that the units won't auto arm if we are both setup and only one of us leaves the house. I hope to try that soon.
