A few months ago (4+ months) I got referred to a post as I'm from the UK about signing up. I completed the survey however I never got a reply or even any emails. Does anyone know if the Europe or UK program got shutdown, because I would love to help out.

I sent an email to Ben already, but I am switching to Xfinity, so I would be happy to test some of those modems now. I'm not sure if y'all set up a list of potential modem testers, but if so, please add me to it!

Anybody who got selected for the NAS product expand to leverage the extra bays yet? If so, did you use the same WD HD type that you originally received (red vs green) or did you mix?
We are at the point where we would like to expand for additional space but didn't know if we should stick with the original green (eco friendly) HD or if it would be ok to switch to the red type HD.

I filled up the bays the week I got it with a set of red drives for a RAID. You can use any drives you want, but if you want a RAID you want to match them.
Thanks. Since mine were shipped with greens, it sounds like I should stick with the green drives.

Sounds like its been pretty active the last couple weeks. I did get the power line adapters, modem and this latest range extender/outlet, so I can't complain.

First impressions?
Pretty simple very Dropcam-ish but with Arlo's clunkier app.
Tested out the Arlo Q today and the latency on the live video and sound is terrible. When I speak I to the phone it emits sound with only a 1-2 second delay. But when somebody else talks into the monitor there is a 1-2 minute delay, and with the video as well. Anybody else have the issue or know how to fix it? My ping according to speedtest was 93 ms, so that shouldn't be the cause, should it?

Has anyone attempted to use the NAS as a surveillance system? I know that you have to buy the license, but I can not find how to attach the cameras to the NAS or what hardware is needed.
