are there side streets bracketing the west and east sides of the buildings where cars are going to enter/exit? it also looks like you have to go thru Tropical to get to the DB drive in line?

It's going to be a cluster.
Eisenhower and Nimitz are on either side, but no street between the businesses and the housing. Entrance to Dutch Bros appears to be off Eisenhower.
I remember when Burger Mojo opened, the owner mentioned on here that they tried to get an entrance directly off University but TxDOT wouldn't let them.

On the surface this seems plausible but specs is insulated by an extremely robust wholesale business to bars and restaurants.

They sell pro sports stuff mainly. Likely a combo of Dallas and Houston sports teams. Plus some Aggie and other college apparel I would think.
I have a friend working there. It's huge and well stocked. Humidor and looks like an eventual tasting area. Prices are supposed to be very competitive. Shelf beer, cold beer, kegs, seltzers, etc...

We like WB cause it's right by the house.
It's mostly Aggie stuff in this store. They do also have Astros, Rockets, Texans, Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers, Stars, other Texas college teams, and even some Dr. Pepper, Whataburger, and generic state of Texas stuff.Captn_Ag05 said:JMac03 said:

Had dinner at the new C&J location. It's big and beautiful.
