A restaurant called Marfa received a permit last week to build out space at 1551 Greens Prairie Road, Suite 100, which is at the Yard. Anyone know about this place?
That's an interesting name for restaurant…FlyRod said:

I hope they left to escape the insanity that is Portland, instead of wanting to import it here.Collectonian said:EBrazosAg said:

From the reviews and comments, it appears Chubby's used to be a food truck in Oregon, and the owners have now relocated here. From their old Facebook page, they have 120 reviews with 4.9 stars, and the burgers certainly look good, with a delightfully obscene amount of cheese.
Hopefully, they will have success here, sounds like had to do a lot to renovate - Master Yakinuki's owners left everything behind.
looks like they were in waldport, oregon which is pretty far from portland and closer to eugene (home of the ducks)AG81 said:I hope they left to escape the insanity that is Portland, instead of wanting to import it here.Collectonian said:EBrazosAg said:

I prefer CAVA to Zoe's and figured it was just a matter of time until the College Station location transitioned as well.TommyBrady said:
CAVA is pretty great! its a healthier and more Mediterranean chipotle.
I love Cava and have been hoping to have one here for awhile.Captn_Ag05 said:
The Zoe's in Century Square is going to become a CAVA. Zoe's has transitioned many (most?) of their locations to the CAVA concept.

We went to Fritella Friday night. The (new) owner said they really tried to make a go of it but they just can't get people to come to work. The building will be up for sale. I sure would like to have some of those recipes!

If in BCS, this could prove to be another big tourist draw.Captn_Ag05 said:
A&M Board of Regents approved $100 million for the construction of a Museum of Natural History. Has anyone seen a site plan for this or know where on campus they intend to locate the museum?
Yes, not nearly as big as the one pictured there. I'm sure they are just moving across the road.MsDoubleD81 said:
Isn't there already one near HEB?
All of these projects will be on the College Station campustechno-ag said:If in BCS, this could prove to be another big tourist draw.Captn_Ag05 said:
