Luckily (i know its still **** luck) you are covered by money back if it never comes. Get a copy of the signature from fedex to use as proof it wasn't you who signed. Sucks to lose it but you shouldn't be out any money.

Second, check with your neighbors on both sides to see if they got it by accident.
