7,8,9 in this line up may be the worst in the league

I appreciate the effort as well but its too much. Most if us are watching the game.

Is it really amazing that we're 7-9?
I mean, I love that our division is mediocre so we may actually be able to be playing for something all year, but the worst team in the league has 6 wins.

I think it is amazing. Not in an awe-inducing way though. What is amazing is that the Rangers are in second place and slightly ahead of a slumping Astros team (that we have yet to play) and an Angels team that we swept that has a payroll twice (not really but a lot higher) than ours. We have one fewer loss than Houston. Their bats may come around but their pitching is suspect right now. The Angles are abysmal and I hope they stay that way but don't expect them too.
In reality, this season is an anomaly. In a full 162 game season I would say Houston and LA have time to right the ship. They still have time in this abbreviated version, but not much. They need to turn it around quickly. Unfortunately, the Rangers may be at their high water mark for 2020.
