No ammo loss upon death now. Its kinda weird.

I'm down for the VOG hard. I'm on the gatekeeper CP on my warlock and fresh on titan and hunter. Really just looking for Fatebringer/Templar

Man, I was thinking about picking Destiny up. This thread is really intimidating, and at the same time epitomizes The Nerdery. I don't think I'm going to sift through the thousands of posts, but its good to see the game has a strong following.

Never open the play time tab on the xbox dashboard when your wife is in the room.
This game is really fun, but holy sh-t does it suck you in fast.

I have a level 25 Warlock and have seemed to plateaued. I run the Tiger Strike playlist all the time (not strong enough for VoG yet?) and have not received enough Light to push me over level 25. All of my armor besides my chest piece is fully upgraded. Does anyone have suggestions?
I also do bounties daily, however, I still cannot buy legendary items from the Warlock woman at the bottom floor of Tower.

You pretty much have to grind out the rep/marks to buy that legendary armor.
Build up your Vanguard rep to level 2 by doing the bounties each day. Build up your Vanguard marks, 100 per week, 200 max, recommend farming public events since they have a chance to award shards or energy (you will need these), each gold level public event also gives you 4 vanguard marks. Buy legendary armor from the vanguard with vanguard marks and level that sheeet up. If you bought the DLC, you can do the Eris story mission that awards legendary gloves at the end of that story line that are for light level 31.
Wait to level up factions until you have leveled up vanguard to to level 2 or 3.
There is also crucible and crucible marks, but crucible is not for everyone.

do you have the Dark Below DLC? Complete the story to get the Urn quest from Eris. Completing this quest will give you level 31 gloves.
Then buy level 31 boots and chest piece from the vanguard, and pop on an exotic helmet.
That will get you to 31.
