I've never tried Crota's raid on hard. Can a lvl 31 make it?
Yes a 31 can make it. Hard to find a group though. Most will want all 32s
31 is a liability in the first two sections... You will die in the abyss unless you are a hunter who can invis even then 3 hits and you are dead... Crota is actually the easiest part at 31... We usually have 31 guardians on boomer duty or camping in bottom of boomer tower to keep sword in the middle

Man, if you're looking to kill a lot of hive, replay the Shrine of Oryx mission. I'm working on progressing a second character who is at level 12 and you get to a point where you fight a hallowed wizard, thinking it's the boss fight. But no, then you fight a hallowed Ogre in a boss fight. But that is not the last boss fight. You end with killing a giant named Sardok Eye of Oryx. This mission makes you really hike across several maps that I had forgotten about. I wonder how they chose which missions make it on to the daily and weekly rotation .

If I've done VoG on hard already this week, will doing it on normal not result in any loot?
Completed on Hard will result in no loot in Normal Mode.

hard and normal have different loot tables. doing hard first, gives you the chance of two drops from the hard loot table. Doing normal first gives you 1 drop from normal loot table, and 1 drop from hard loot table.
Edit: example, if you need the mythoclast (which is only dropped on hard), doing hard first gives you two rolls of the hard loot table. If you did normal, and then hard, you would only get one roll of the hard loot table.

Makes sense. Luckily I got the Mythoclast on my first VoG hard run.

FINALLY! I just saw the update on my phone.
Wow. Good job bungie... Finally dont have to make pointless tower runs anymore to swap stuff around. Also no more transferring weapon parts or armor that I accidently combined long ago since I have more than I'll ever need and could just split it all 3 ways.
Can you do this when you're already logged in to a character?
Reddit is also saying you can be playing in mission as a Titan and go to the app/site and load a gun from your Warlock into the vault and then take it out as the Titan and it will instantly be in your inventory. No orbit nonsense.

I know. I'm torn... each of my 3 has a basic load out that I can run with if I want to do something quick and then I have all the guns that I dont have 3 of in my vault. I spent so much time leveling in triplicate I will probably just keep my exotics in the vault that I dont have 3.
I'm always gonna want to have a GHorn and Ice Breaker so since I have 3 I might as well keep em all and same with some others but there will be far less overlapping.
