I really need to knock out VoG tonight if anyone is available. Had a group on Normal last night but they couldn't finish it out.

Crota today?
I have a crotas end checkpoint on HM...first hard mode run through...got the Abyss Defiant, Oversoul Edict and 2 pieces of armor that I just broke. Still need to beat Crota, but pretty happy with the drops I got today
Finished Glass for the first time last night. Man that was fun. Ended up with Atheon's Epilogue. What are the other drops that I should try and get from VOG before I stop running it?
I'm also looking forward to getting Crota under my belt.

VoC off of Atheon (Best everyday gun you can get till you get Fatebringer or Fang of Ir Yut)
Corrective Measure off of NM/HM Gatekeeper/Atheon is a solid void HMG
I still run HM VoG for the Exotic Rolls (Chest and Atheon), and to try to get the Fusion Rifle and Fatebringer.

(2) Vision of Confluence. Solar scout rifle that fires in full auto. Drops from Atheon both modes.
Really, those are the top two. Vex Mythoclast is alright I guess. I dont like it very much. Id much rather keep my exotc slot open for Icebreaker/gjallarhorn or something else.
So, I got the VOC this week, but have been using the Saterine(SP?) Rapier from the crucible vendor. It seems better to me, with more damage and firefly. Would I be better off rolling with the VOC? Also I'm working on upgrading the Bad JUJU with the new buff to pulse rifles.

I too like the Rapier. Lots of people really like the full auto feature of the VoC and the solar burn. If you can live without those things, I think the rapier is at least equal if not better.
That said...Fatebringer is THE gun for trash mobs in Crota's End.

Thanks for the run last night! If that one Deathsinger glitch didn't happen, I think we would have been able to get Crota before it got too late.
What time do people like to do the raids? Tuesday nights I try to do NF with friends...Wednesday is bad, but Thursday is probably my best night. Monday night works too.

Solid week for me so far. Hit 32, got Gjallahorn, and Word of Crota. TexAgs "B" team did some work last night haha.
Last night was solid for me as well - needed some non-exotic primaries and ended up with Oversoul Edict and Abyss Defiant. Also got some shards which I need badly because I have all crota gear, just need to lvl it.
Definitely need to run VoG Hard Mode to keep trying for IceBreaker and Gjallahorn

Just need to beat Crota on HM...had one great run at him last night but got glitched as he went into enrage...freaking bummer. I usually do nightfall/weekly on Tuesdays and raid Wednesday nights

Dang B team had 2 randoms back to back that were total group killers.
That last run was damn near perfect, I still don't know what happened.
After 5 consecutive helmet drops from hard runs, I finally got the scout rifle on the 6th.
