I think line 6 has to be wide open. Smetannikov looked fantastic in the first set but the wheels have fallen off in the second. You have to believe that on a team like this you better take advantage of the opportunities you have or it's next girl up!

Fyi - NCState takes down Oklahoma 6-1 after losing the doubles point. Won all 6 singles matches and they weren't even close (only lost 2 sets). Diana Shnaider Won her first collegiate match 6-4, 6-0. They are going to be tough to beat.

With $1M NIL deals I guess it was only time before bonafide pros came to college.

But if your goal is to play pro tennis it seems like a huge mistake to skip Indian Wells and Roland Garros to play dual matches against Virginia Tech and Syracuse.
