I'm not sad. haha - I'm sure they will figure things out, though. On an off day, I guess anyone can lose. I just want us to ever have an off day. Really hoping Carson and Daria are okay.

While Georgia had a solid week with wins over Kentucky and Vandy, Pepperdine is benefiting from teams they already beat continuing to improve (i.e. okie state over the sips and #3 Michigan). Our best four wins are still coming from beating Ohio State x 2 and Florida x 2. Let's hope Miami can do well in the ACC. I believe at the end of the season you get credit for your top ten wins and some credit for who you lost to... allegedly.
Pepperdine's match against Ohio State today has been cancelled. Even if they win out expect them to continue to drop in the rankings as their only remaining opportunities for real quality wins are against Oklohoma and San Diego.
It is hard to argue against the top of the rankings too much (except that on indoor match that shouldn't count against us because this is outdoor season now). UNC could lose twice this coming week and still stay ahead of us.

Wind is going to be right in our face watching the girls play tomorrow, and it's going to be VERY cool. Wind chill will most likely be in the mid 40's. Be sure and wear layers tomorrow. Hopefully hot chocolate will be on the menu tomorrow.
Should be 2 good matches this weekend, but Sundays match is going to be tough! Gig'em!

Baylor men play at 6:00 pm. We can take care of LSU in an hour, right? I was really hoping we were done with cold weather by not having to travel to any of the norther SEC states until mid-April.
I hope so. I'm hoping we see Carson and Daria back in action today. We will need them on Sunday for sure!

I'm getting concerned about these injuries and how the lineup has been affected. I watched most of the line 3 match and we just play too safe some times. Had a couple of sitters to end the match early and we just push it back over or don't put away a volley.

I just started paying attention last year, but weren't we really lucky then? If we're going to have some injuries or line changes let's get some of it figured out now. Haven't we all been saying the best part of this team is the depth?
Yes but if we aren't healthy on Sunday, I won't feel very confident against Miami. They are hot and recently beat NCState. I mean, it's the end of the year that matters, but there have been no updates about Carson and with her missing doubles today, too, I'm concerned.

G Pielet was fantastic today in singles and doubles.
Without her performance today, we would have been in loads of trouble. Kudos to her for being ready when the opportunity was there!
