Mary and Mia also entered the doubles ranking at #68.

Can Mary and Carson still earn all American honors if they are still a top 8 ranked team Come nationals?

There is a clear #1, UNC with 89 points. A clear #2, A&M with 78 points.

And then a big drop off with a lot of teams 55-62 points.

That seems pretty accurate. I do think NC State may be better than their ranking of #7. They are 17-2 with two 4-3 losses. They play at #1 UNC on Thursday and at #6 Duke on Saturday which will tell us a lot.

Mary at #2 is just incredible. Is that the highest ever for one of our singles players?

They won't be seeded at all in the doubles because they won't enter because of Carson's injury. Their only hope is to finish top 10 based on what they have already done.

Mary and Mia are already #68 with only 3 results. The big question is, can they win enough matches to get into the NCAA doubles and can Mary become an all-time legend by being (probably) the first ever triple single-season all-american?!?!

Will probably be difficult playing #2 and with only 10ish total matches left, but dare to dream!

North Carolina vs (Shnaider-less) NC-State is in a rain delay despite their brand new swimming pool designed outdoor courts. Tarheels took the doubles point but each team took 3 first sets so far in singles play.

UNC wins 4-0 but it looks like they were down in the last 3. Crawley was down 3-6, 2-4 and then the matches were pulled.

I noticed that Georgia flipped their number 2 and 3 doubles teams when they played South Carolina yesterday. I personally thought Mell and Meg at number 3 doubles was a little suspect when they played us, although that's the lineup they've been playing. Just using the eye test, though, they seemed to be a better doubles team than the pair that was playing line 2. Because of the flip, they won the doubles point for the first time in a while.

Just an observation. Guess I'm bored. Lol
