It's the big, nice, new, not fully developed one at 2818 and wellborn. Centrally located with the appearance that it will surpass tower point handily. A nice addition to be sure!
All we need is a Subway at Jones Crossing and it'll be complete.

Most HEB/Grocery backed shopping centers are not going to have lifestyle elements. Some do (Whole Foods or something that is added to a lifestyle/mixed use concept). However, the Jones project is a suburban model and it's going to have all the ancillary uses for a grocery.

FUNgineering is officially closed and is currently liquidating its assets.
Subway on welborn next to Sonic has a year left on the lease, so while they think they might move it will not be real soon now.
I forgot that Subway is even there. I always go down to the one on Rock Prairie near Kroger

Agreed. We have yet to visit them due them closing so early.
Subway on SW Pkway has always treated me well. They seem to be good folks.

Went to Blake's Steaks at lunch yesterday and there was hardly any parking spots.
Tried Mr Hamburger this week. Best burgers, fries and onion rings in town, bar none. Fresh Angus beef never frozen, nicely charred, etc, etc. On Texas just north of Jose's.
Perhaps I missed this being mentioned, but I noticed this morning that the "Tea2Go" on Fitch across from Tower Point seems to have changed to a "NobiliTea".
