We stumbled into the trial run on 6/1. Excellent soft tacos--maybe too full of meat. We had chicken and barbacoa. Queso was ok.

Smallcakes is now open in Northpoint - next to Minuti Coffee. Cupcakes and ice cream.

I think that was called Wally's Party or something like that. It is in the same location so maybe Party City bought them out.

It is a flood way. That property has always had a little bit of non-flood or flood way area. They are either building something on that little piece of a large property or they have come up with some massively expensive way to get above the flood plain. I wouldn't just be worried about my condo flooding, but access to property has been impossible at least twice in the last two years.armymom said:

Not intending to sound judgmental here but what is the attraction for a Hooter's restaurant? I've eaten in one in Austin and one in Houston, the food was barely average at best, the servers were average at best, etc.

THIS x1000... Food is awful. You can find hot waitresses wearing barely any clothing anywhere (especially in College Station) and Pluckers has FAR superior food
Similar to all the folks wanting a Waffle House here just because its an "SEC thing"
