Northgate's not going anywhere and it's alcohol sales ECLIPSE downtown Bryan.
Flyrod, are you Greg D?
Well half the bars turn over every 5 years so the alcohol sales obviously aren't where everyone needs them to be.

That may be the best use for it.Cyp0111 said:
Seemed like a shining star and outlier compared to the rest of Northgate. I imagine the land will go multi-family shortly.

Not surprising. Hopefully one of the alternatives pans out.
PS who was the poster that said their friend works in permitting and said that Top Golf (or similar) was going through the process. Is that where the rumor came from?

Check the alcohol sales online. They're a matter of public record. No opinion here, just the facts

I will say that I've been disappointed at how dead Northgate has been this entire academic year compared to last. Especially Thursdays

Here. I guess I was given poor info. I can say that there definitely were documents that's said Top golf on them back when I posted the rumor at the time.

The parcel where Harry's is will develop after Century Square finishes and of course they find a suitable anchor.

You may have started a rumor that the local news had to dispel. Quite the power you have!

Northgate has seen it's better days unless you like sewage smells, trash in the streets and unruly college students.
Downtown Bryan, Century Square and SoCS are now drawing huge crowds for those who appreciate fine food and drink, attentive staff and a clean environment. If you are over 35 what does Northgate
Have to offer? Nothing!
