Look…this was not a normal Mets collapse. Mets have one helluva team. They played great ball all season long and will likely get to 100+ wins.
This Braves team went 78-33 since June 1st. They just went to another level.

I'm likely to get trashed for this, but San Diego concerns me far more than the Dodgers. I just don't like the Dodgers pitching at all. I would really like a 7 game rematch.

Honestly, I'm concerned about every possible matchup. Not because I have any doubts about this team, but I think the NL is completely loaded, and any one of these teams could make a run to the Series. The Braves are better than last year's championship team (I still love writing that), but that doesn't guarantee anything. I'm just glad they'll be able to skip the WC round and set up the rotation and rest the bullpen.

Strider signed to extension. Buys out his arb years in exchange for 1-2 FA years. More risk with pitchers but the Braves seem to be happy making these deals and so far no big mistakes.
