Yeah, it's kinda annoying that a good invade can reset the primeval's health.
It's also annoying that MG's and whisper got a random nerf. **** that.
And even making the envoys, people still waste supers on immune PE's.

Not a huge fan of Gambit Prime so far. To me, it has been a more tedious version of Gambit. However, I think that will change once I and everyone else has the full armor sets for the mode.
The reckoning is pretty cool though.
Not sure how much content this season will end up having or how much it will hold me. They really need to add new strikes and crucible maps and shake up the vendors every season.

There was a HUGE difference for me between loading up with a clanmate and going in solo
Also, for anyone that has 1k voices, the recent updates increased its PVE damage by 25%, and there is currently a bug that while 1k is equipped, ALL weapon and ability damage is increased by 25%. Works in all PVE and Gambit but not PvP

Lord knows on this last week's Calus run I don't think I ever got the ammo proc for the first chunk of the dps phase until we popped the chest plate off... I would have been even more useless had these changes already been implemented.
So some clarification on the Cluster Bomb rocket nerf. The damage was moved from the smaller explosions to the main rocket. Seems to still be very viable against Riven
Also, it's Mayhem this week.
Hopped into The Reckoning for the first time last night. Went 0 for 5 and never really got close. Anyone else struggle? The Glass modifier seemed extra glassy resulting in me getting pretty much consistently destroyed by the Vex snipers.
Glass made it really difficult, but those modifiers are on a daily rotation. Try again after 11ct to see how it goes. Some tips: stick together, revive people as soon as possible, find a weapon with some range to take down the vandals and hobgoblins, Malfeasance works great against all the enemies, machine guns can be used to quickly 1 tap the small guys
Ran the Riven cheese on Tuesday - still very viable.
Ran SOTP last night. No issues; swapped from Whisper to DARCI for boss at the end, combined with bottom tree hunter/c nighthawk did great DPS.
Had a super for both phases, and added a couple sniper reserves for plenty of ammo.

I ran it today with Skull of Dire Ahamkara novalock and then Malfeasance, HAmmerhead and the pinnacle fusion from last season. The pinnacle fusion explosion on trash mobs was huge for big dominance gains and reloading on nova is obvious.Bones08 said:

Just remembered COD4 Remastered is the free game for PS Plus this month. It has one of the coolest campaign missions ever.
The Allegiance quest is live. Talk to the Drifter to tell him which side you're choosing. I'm starting with Drifter on my Warlock, then will try out Vanguard on my Titan, and decide which one I want for my main guy.
Also Thorn Quest is active and you just have to go to a spot in the EDZ to start it

Datto broke down how the points for Thorn work on the crucible only step:
Competitive gives you more points and so does void handcannon precision streaks, although he didn't know how much more they gave
You need 500 points to finish this step

Highly doubt it. Ikelos was actually really solid for me. Don't forget a bunch of non-competitive level players are playing competitive so it's not like you'll be getting stomped every single game.
